You will only find ‘specialty grade’ (the highest grade) coffees at Nordskov. The Nordskov team constantly tastes coffees from around the world in search of standouts. When we discover a coffee that can be enjoyed every day while representing the uniqueness of its origin, we share it with you.
ROASTING COFFEE
Raw coffee beans with beautiful natural flavors are the starting point. We create a unique roast profile for each coffee so you to taste the best of the bean, not the roast.
This is the Nordic style.
It is a demanding approach that produces nuanced and flavorful coffees. You will love the remarkably clean notes (fruity, nutty, spicy, sweet, herbal and/or floral) in your cup.
